What It's Like to Work With Mark

Mark graduated from San Diego State University with a Real Estate Finance degree in 1989. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Mortgage Advisor, and a certified NMLS-approved lender.
Mark started his career in commercial real estate working for Voit commercial selling and leasing industrial buildings in the early 1990's. In 1995 he transitioned into residential lending and has been offering lending services ever since.
Mark understands what it takes to get a real estate transaction closed. He has managed several lending companies, worked for large banks as well as running his own branch offices of Loan Link Financial and Clarion Mortgage Capital. In 2008 Mark became an accredited REO and short sale agent closing over 100 of these unique types of transactions. Mark is also an investor and owns many investment properties. His focus now is on educating and guiding clients through the financing, buying and selling process to achieve maximum results.
Mark's extensive financing and real estate consulting experience enables him to provide real estate consulting services that go beyond the average agent. Mark is known for his attention to detail and his ability to listen to his customers' needs. Mark's keen ability to put the puzzle pieces together, in even the most difficult of transactions, is what makes him so unique in this industry.
Born in California, Mark has lived in Aliso Viejo and has been an active member of the community for 28 years. He has a wonderful wife, Amy, and three active boys. During his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, boating, mountain bike riding, surfing and playing golf.
